Back when Ali was in middle school, she came home from school with a new friend. Asking what they could have for a snack and I suggested Spring Rolls. I’ll never forget the look on her new friend’s face – it said something like, “I should have known never to come over to a dietitian’s house.”
Well, within minutes the new friend, like Ali, was also hooked on Spring Rolls, too. They’re easy to make and deliciously flavorful. You can wrap just about anything in the rice wraps.
