Last night was one of those nights…just had to have something sweet. And you know me, I suggest that whenever you go for a treat, it’s gotta be the very best. No sense wasting calories on food that doesn’t taste the best!
John and I decided that Peach Blueberry Pie sounded fabulous, so I made some small tarts using the new pans I bought at Bed Bath & Beyond (love that they are non-stick and easily slide out of the pans).
THEN, after deciding on dessert, I prepared this Pork & Broccoli Stir Fry with Ginger-Garlic Sauce that I got off the CanolaInfo website. Mmmm. I skipped the rice and saved those calories for the pie. It’s all about balance and moderation, right?
