Many of us aren’t getting enough fruits and vegetables in our day. I love chopping fruits and vegetables into a salsa to serve with chicken, fish and beef, but the other day I did something different.I simply poured a can of peaches (in their own juices) plus a sprinkle of ginger powder onto my baked chicken for the final stage of cooking. My daughter and I loved it…John was expecting something as sweet like Chinese Orange Chicken (which it wasn’t).
