Why should I join Jo's community?

Each week I'll host a LIVE zoom webinar where participants will be able to comment and ask questions in the chat box.
The topic(s) on each call will be based on the questions YOU and other ask before and during the calls.

healthy eating to reduce disease, boost energy, and control weight

Energy motivates us. It helps us to focus, stay on track. Energy gets us off the couch and moving this body of ours. When we're energized we make better food choices. We take better care of our bodies. Energy helps us to get more done - and have more fun!

The live calls are hosted on the Zoom platform. You'll find the unique login information inside the app. You can access these calls on your phone or computer.
