Upon verbal agreement, you will be sent a one-page agreement. Once signed by both parties, the date will be held.

The deposit of 50% will be required to be sent within 7 days of receiving the invoice.  Credit cards are accepted.

Remainder of the payment is due on the day of the program.

Travel and other agreed upon fees will be billed after the program and are due within 30 days. 

• Jo prefers to use a lavaliere microphone, laptop, LCD projector, and screen.
• Jo usually brings her PowerPoint presentation with her on a USB drive. If you need the presentation slides in advance, let her know your deadline date. 
• Jo will use a wireless remote to advance her slides. Please have one available for her. She will bring her own if you cannot provide one.
• Jo may also require a handheld microphone for the audience to engage and ask questions.
• When presenting a quiz show format, Jo need an internet connection strong enough for all audience members to connect quickly.
• Jo will work with you to determine when she can test the on-site A/V to make sure there are no issues.

• Jo prefers to speak on a large, elevated stage free from lectern, chairs, tables, stands, etc.
• If it is necessary for a lectern, table, or other pieces of furniture to be on the stage for other parts of the program, please have them set to the side of the stage during her presentation and ensure the stage is clear for Jo to walk.
• The laptop or monitor for the PowerPoint should be set on a table in the middle of the stage (or room) so she can see her PowerPoint slides on the monitor without having to turn around.
• Please have a bottle of water available for Jo while speaking.

Approval for photographs, audio recording and/or videotaping must be approved by Dr. Jo prior to the session.

Generally there is an additional fee for all A/V recordings. 

If approved, Jo must be provided with copies of all recording and images.

• Fees: Speaker’s fees do not include travel expenses. These expenses will be paid by the client and include unrestricted round-trip coach airfare, ground transportation, and moderate meals.
• Reimbursement of travel fees are due to Dr. Jo, Inc. within 30 days after the event.
• If requested, Jo is willing to bundle the speaking fee and anticipated travel expenses into one inclusive fee. Please let Jo know if you prefer this option.
• Air Travel: Jo is responsible for making all flight reservations. She will usually be flying from her hometown of Jacksonville, FL (JAX), but dependent upon her schedule, may be coming from another city.  
• If air travel is required, airline tickets purchased will be non-refundable, (non-stop, when possible) coach fare, round-trip. Her itinerary will be shared when arrangements are made.
• Local Engagements: If she is driving to your event, you will be billed for mileage at the current standard mileage rates for use of a car as designated by the IRS.
• Ground Transportation: Jo will coordinate ground transportation (to and from the airport). 
• Hotel: Hotel room reservations (King, non-smoking) are to be secured by the client, guaranteed for late arrival and billed directly to the client. It is strongly preferred that Jo stay at the same hotel where the meeting is to be held.

Dr. Jo is willing to produce promotional videos, according to our agreement.
