According to research, if we don’t sleep well we’re much more likely to be grumpy, make mistakes, have accidents, and maybe be fatter!
And, that means getting a good amount of deep restorative sleep. How are you sleeping? This isn’t as scientific as going to a sleep lab (if you think you have a sleeping disorder, please do!)….but I’ve found it fun to use the $0.99 “Sleep Cycle” app on my iphone to monitor my movement.
As you can see in the graph above, it took me awhile to get to sleep, but got hours of good deep sleep afterwards.
