Most people don’t think of steaks as healthy, but as you can see in my book, Eat Out Healthy, Outback offers quite a number of menu choices (including steaks) that fit into the moderate calorie range. Plus there are many vegetable options, too, including green beans, broccoli, asparagus, mixed veggies, sweet potato, and a baked potato. Don’t fall into the trap of thinking salads are healthy – at nearly every restaurant those healthy veggies are covered with high calorie, high fat ingredients like dressing that can bust your calorie limit. Check out this 2 minute video (and then pass on the link to all your friends) that summarizes some of the best (and worst) choices at Outback Steakhouse.
