How Does Coaching Work?
Coaching involves you and I working together to guide you towards making the changes you want to make. But, it’s not about telling you what to do.
If you’re looking for someone to tell you exactly what to do and whip you into shape, then coaching is not for you. Let’s face it, most people who blindly follow someone’s diet or exercise plan doesn’t usually succeed long-term. Coaching helps you figure out what works for YOU.
How Can I Get Started?
During our initial 15-20-minute complimentary strategy session, we’ll determine if we are a good fit for each other. My program starts with a thorough 1.5 hour deep-dive, followed by weekly 30-minute coaching sessions. We can do these calls over the phone or via Zoom (video). During each session, we’ll review your goals, identify strengths, explore pressing issues, develop possible strategies to overcome them, and set goals for the next week. During this process you’ll receive plenty of handouts and worksheets to help make your life easier.
