How Does Coaching Work?

Coaching involves you and I working together to guide you towards making the changes you want to make. But, it's not about me telling you what to do.

If you're looking for someone to tell you exactly what to do and whip you into shape, then coaching is not for you. Let's face it, most people who blindly follow someone's diet or exercise plan doesn't usually succeed long-term. Though coaching I'll help you discover what works for YOU.

Dr. Jo® Lichten, PhD, RDN, CSP is a recognized expert in the areas of workplace productivity and performance. In the overcrowded wellness field, Jo is a voice of reason blending the science of peak performance with a healthy dose of reality.

In more than 1000 programs, she provided motivation and realistic strategies for improving workplace performance, achieving life balance, and preventing burnout.

She brings decades of experience as an accredited health professional (RDN), her doctorate in Adult Education (Texas A&M) focusing on the area of change, and the Certified Speaking Professional designation. Throughout her career, Jo has worked in university, healthcare, and corporate settings. She is the founding director of the dietetics program at the University of Texas Pan American. Back during the "Super Size Me" era, Dr. Jo was the Chief Nutrition Officer at Burger King International in Miami. 

Jo has decades of experience coaching individuals to make healthy changes in their lives. For seven years, Jo coached business executives to power up performance while avoiding burnout at the Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute.

Need to lose a few pounds...or even more than that? In my 12-session program (choose weekly or bi-weekly calls), you'll develop the skills to lose your excess weight - and keep it off.

We'll meet on the phone for an initial 90-minute deep dive session plus eleven 30-minute follow-up sessions for $1250 (that's 30% off my hourly consulting fee).
