Fast&Healthy Breakfasts

Many people say they just have no time for TV showbreakfast, but the truth is… it doesn’t take much time for a healthy breakfast.

A couple of weeks ago, I was interviewed by the syndicated show, Daytime TV, about quick and healthy breakfast ideas – at home, on the road and in your hotel room.
